• Business History:
• Ozaukee Talent LLC was founded in 2016 by Angie Mack who was seeking new direction after going through breast cancer.  At that point, Angie had at least 20 years experience as a performing artist, music director, theater director, arts writer and all around mover and shaker.  She noticed that there was a tremendous lack of opportunities for creative people to make an equitable income and was hoping to bridge the gap between creative people and businesses.  Her own journey in the arts led her to want to improve the quality of life for other performing artists. 

Ozaukee Talent LLC has remained a 5-star female-led business since 2016. It stands out due to its unique focus on personalized talent development and a deep understanding of how to develop a passion for the arts in others. Ozaukee Talent LLC’s founder, Angie Mack, has over two decades of solid arts leadership, a uniquely large skill set and an influence that has reached global levels on many occasions.

Talent Development

We have a reputable history of developing talent in the performing arts. We primarily work with youth to help them build confidence, find a customized individual track for learning and occasional safe spaces to perform in. Our individualized track for learning has produced many arts leaders over the years and is popular with families in southeastern Wisconsin. We have provided talent development services for over 700 new and returning individuals since 2016. 

Angie Mack is widely known for developing and coaching youth who have done phenomenal things in the arts such as produce original albums, write and record music, obtain lead roles at First Stage, the Milwaukee Rep, Fireside Theater, Schauer Arts and Activities Center, Next Act Theater, Skylight Music Theater, Kids From Wisconsin, Dominican High School, Cedarburg High School, Port Washington Recreation Department, the Cedarburg Performing Arts Center and many more!  She has helped musicians and singers win music competitions and excel in their Solo/Ensemble events over and over again.

Custom Arts Programming and Presentations

We work closely with local schools, businesses and organizations looking to boost their arts programming. We are able to bring theatrical, musical and creative programs into a wide variety of spaces. Some examples include after school and summer camp arts programs, arts programming for the special needs community, drum circles for outdoor events, Zumba classes, creativity workshops for the workplace, public speakers, event musicians, arts career mentors and more. Consulting Services and Arts Program Development

We provide strategic consulting for arts organizations, helping them enhance their operations, marketing, and community engagement. Collaborations: We actively seek partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other arts entities to promote the performing arts and create vibrant cultural experiences.
